Learning Chinese itself it very hard as I only know one language (English). However, Wáng Lǎoshī is an awesome teacher. I taught English as a second language, so I know how hard it can be and I know she is really good at what she does.
She is always happy and enthusiastic and gets all of the students involved. I don’t have a single bad word about her. All I can really say is that she is a wonderful teacher and I was lucky to have been in her class.
The teacher is enthuiastic and engaged the class very well. Explanations were clear and helped a lot to understand the course matter.
If you want somebody to learn Chinese, she is the best person to teach. Lin Laoshi gives her 100% every time she is on the class.
In this course, I found that teacher Wang’s teaching method has great improvement.
I appreciate her good willing to continuously implement and introduce new teaching methods to the class making the class more interactive and making the contents much easier to be absorbed.

“If you search funny learning Chinese then you must go to this class. The teacher almost each class play with us in some game which also helps us understand some Chinese grammar
lessons or templates. And also the teacher is very open to discussion.”
This is my first experience to learn Chinese. I couldn’t imagine that learning Chinese could be so fun and so interesting.

as it combined knowledge and fun. Even if I was very tired before the Chinese class, I always went to it with great pleasure.

Lin Laoshi’s method was very suitable (for me at least). I can now have small conversations with Taiwanese people on the street effortlessly!!

I’ve loved this course and the teacher was amazing. She is devoted to teaching, funny, helpful and her explanations are clear.
We had some homework but never too much and I think it really helped us to make progress in Chinese.

Even though this is a demanding course, with high load of assignments and quizzes I like it. Professor Wang made a huge effort to enthusiastically teach us.
